i was a bit disappointed. tea and coffee weren't refilled daily. the view overlooked a backyard with dog waste. the room felt small with the bathroom added in. the exterior looked run-down and the interior needed some painting.

The room was clean. I found thoughtful touches. High-quality hand soap and shampoo were available! The owner was friendly. She provided useful information leaflets including restaurants and maps. Breakfast was delicious.
I did notice some noise. There was some loud chatting from 7 am.

the location was close to the beach and town centre. the street was very quiet. the room was clean and had everything i needed for the night. there were plenty of towels available.
the tea and coffee were not replenished every day. i noticed no blind on the window on the first night. the exterior of the house was tired.

The location was excellent, it was a short walk to the town centre. the parking was great and a parking permit provided. linda was really lovely, friendly and cute, she provided a great source of information. i loved meeting her dogs. They were very well behaved.
tea and coffee was not refilled everyday. there was no blind in window the first night. the view was of the owner's backyard with dog mess. the exterior of the house was very tired and the interior need painting.
